Regular conference fees

EUR 350 for a full event pass including the pre-conference seminar, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, lunches and special sessions on location in Amsterdam. *

Conference fees for partners

EUR 250 for a full event pass including the pre-conference seminar, welcome reception, refreshment breaks, lunches and special sessions on location in Amsterdam.*

Conference fees for students

EUR 75. These rates apply to full time Bachelor, Master and PhD students (not submitting and presenting a scientific paper) and require a certificate from their home university. Dutch students are asked to submit a copy of their "studentenkaart" and "OV-chipkaart". For students attending the welcome reception and conference dinner* is optional: EUR 150 (to be paid separately). *

Accompanying persons

EUR 150 for attending the welcome reception, conference dinner and the special sessions on location. Accompanying persons are kindly asked to register using the Conference Registration Form.*

Important information and registration conditions

  • Conference registration must be done in online writing, preferably by using the Conference Registration Form provided in this website.
  • Conference delegates and accompanying persons are kindly asked to indicate whether they will attend the welcome reception and/or the conference dinner when registering using the Conference Registration Form.
  • All conference fees quoted in this website are in Euro (EUR) and excluding 21% VAT. Payment will be made in EUR. Any credit card fees and surcharges are the responsibility of the registrant. Only credit card payments will be accepted for online registration. Registrations are not valid until payment has been received.
  • Authors and co-authors presenting a scientific paper have to register individually for the conference by 26 October 2015 in order to have their presentation scheduled at the conference. Authors and co-authors of a paper pay the regular conference fee of EUR 350.*
  • Delegates presenting a Destination & Industry case study have to register individually for the conference by 26 October 2015 in order to have their presentation scheduled at the conference. They pay a conference fee of EUR 150 for a full event pass including the welcome reception, conference dinner, refreshment breaks, lunches and special sessions on location in Amsterdam.*
  • A payment statement will be sent to you by PayPal on behalf of Elgin & Co./Heritage, Tourism and Hospitality, International Conference 2015.
  • Delegates must contact the conference organisation via email address info@heritagetourismhospitality.org no later than 26 October 2015, to cancel their registration. For cancellations made by 26 October 2015, the registration fee will be refunded less a EUR 50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after 26 October 2015. In the event of cancellation of the conference due to causes beyond their control, registration fees will be refunded less EUR 50.
  • The conference organisers have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the details in this website, but reserve the right to alter or delete items from the program or the services as circumstances require. The conference organisers are not liable for any claims, damages or expenses arising out of cancellations, disruptions, changes or limitations to the programme or services as a result of any circumstances outside of their control including weather occurrences, terrorist events, travel restrictions or biological/health hazards or events.
  • If for any reason the conference is cancelled or a delegate must cancel their conference registration, the delegate should remember to also cancel the accommodation and travel arrangements. The conference organisers are not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred due to cancellation of the conference.
  • Delegates are advised to arrange their own travel insurance to cover medical expenses, cancellations and all other risks.
  • Delegates are advised to take notice of the information provided by the Government of the Netherlands on visa they may need to travel to the Netherlands.
  • The conference organisers, their officers and employees are not liable for, and the delegate releases them from any claims, damages or expenses whether in respect to personal injury, death, loss or damage to the delegate, partner(s) or accompanying persons.
