Nina Luostarinen & Minna Hautio

Nina Luostarinen, Master of Culture and Arts, a specialist and an innovator, working for the department of cultural management at the Humak University of Applied Sciences in Finland. She has a background in performing arts and in new media content creation. Nina has been either producer or scenographer in more than 30 culture events since 1995. As early as 1999 she was awarded in the field of New Media Content for implementing new media in culture. She has been a designer and animator for interactive games and webpages and worked as animator for the national TV in Finland. In recent years she has been working for several EU-funded projects aiming to create networks of different forms of culture and combining these with other fields of business.

Minna Hautio, MA, is a senior lecturer at the department of cultural management at the Humak University of Applied Sciences. Her educational background and working experience is deeply embedded in archaeology and museum education. She has been involved in audience development projects and making museum exhibitions engaging and accessible for all. In her current position at Humak UAS she is responsible for teaching methods of innovation, research and development.
